TS 10 went to Sunneyside this morning (5/15)

They left Philly just after 8 last night. Friday night they paced 639 for a while. It was rather entertaining for me. Kinda holding out hope for a video of it at PJC where there may or may not have been a battle of the horns.

That’s depending on how the testing goes and how long it will take to put the miles on the revenue sets. As of now the plan is still the Fall from my understanding.

FRA approved the trainset for the next round of testing last week. That should begin this week pending crews being available.

The 2022 crew was working a Charger test train I believe.

They were supposed to get out Friday, but they had some issues and weren't able to turn a wheel. Not an earth shattering issue, that was resolved and they went out Saturday instead. I can't publically share many details of whats going on, but I can share that company officials are being very...

As planned, trains are turning in LNC. 43/42 are going through. 601, 605, 640, 642, 600, and 644 are the only morning trains that go through. Service resumes in the afternoon with 609 and 654.

There is an issue with the phones that is currently being worked on.

Yes they have. The pandemic has taken a toll on tipping the LSA’s in FC. And no one really has an idea why.

And the best part is that Septa still hasn't learned a lesson from this. IF and that's a big IF they go for another order they'll order from the lowest bidder again who doesn't have a reputation. One would think that the Rotem and this order will show the big wigs at Septa to change their ways...

TS 8 is wrapping up its COT&S work. And TS 4 won’t be coming back. Someone stirred that rumor to me.

TS 10 is currently in Ivy City being worked up for a swap with another trainset on Monday 4/8. TS 12 is scheduled for delivery Tuesday into Wednesday.
