Most Amtrak long distance routes, several many times. Still need the full length east coast-Florida routes and for some reason NY-Chicago up the Hudson. Also Canada, England, Scotland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Monaco (thru, anyway; does that count?), Italy, all over Switzerland, Austria, Czech Rep, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia, Turkey, Montenegro, Slovenia, Croatia, Russia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, China.
