My list of trains: Southern Crescent, City of New Orleans (for about 4 stops out of CHI, so it hardly counts), Capitol Limited, Saluki, and Hiawatha. Looking forward to taking the Lake Shore Limited to NY, although the new “Flexible Dining” menu looks highly suspicious. How dare they leave available desserts as a mystery??
