do cabs come to the Tekwila station near SEATAC in Seattle if you call? Does anyone have actual experience with this station?
Will cabs come to the Tukwila station in Washington State near SEATAC?

Tukwila. Maybe. You will have much better luck with Uber or Lyft in the greater Seattle area. You can definitely get those.
Note the "station" is just platforms with some bus shelter-like things to get out of the rain.

FWIW, you can walk to a couple of local hotels. Didn't see any taxis waiting at train time.
There pretty much are never taxis waiting there. It is primarily a Sounder station, much more used by commuters than Amtrak patrons.
As I said, Uber/Lyft is the way to go. You probably will get one of those a heck of a lot faster than a cab.
