Another reason for me to go to Peru. Maybe wasn't able to ride Caltrain galleries in California, but I can in Peru!

This is interesting. California governor has signed a bill allow that any zero emissions plan on current rail line will not need an environmental review. For electrification that means no environmental review for installing CAT wires. Wonder how much soon Caltrain could have completed its electrification if this had been in effect?
