Modifying reservation to add a bike

Does anyone know if you can modify an existing reserving reservation to add a bike? This would be a full-sized bike on a NYP-PHL Keystone.

seems like something that should be doable over the phone always make sure they don't cancel and re issue, key word is modify, although this may not be a problem just adding the bicycle, but i'm not sure.
