While it is always a good idea to monitor your train's performance, on the day of the incident, #3 was 12 minutes late departing FMD.
The bridge was back in service well before #3 arrived; the incident had little or no effect on #3.

If it is any consolation, I just did my monthly AGR account check and I had 563 points posted (on 4/23) for shopping at Staples back in January.

I should really know the answer to this as LA is my home station. Just never paid attention or had a need.
Are baggage carts (airport type) available at LAUS? Or Chicago or anywhere else? And yes, I am well aware of Red Cap service - used them many times. Always helpful.

Could geographic location have something to do with it? I'm in California and maybe my connection was handled through a different portal/server than yours in Florida.
Just worked fine for me. Login ok and my account displays fine.
Windows 10, MS Edge and Chrome both worked ok.
The app on my Android device also looks ok.

I just watched 5 and 6 pass each other on the Arvada/Big Ten Curve camera while a freight waited patiently in the siding.
6(5) was 21 plus hours late; 5(6) was 6 plus hours late. 6(6) is running in the "green".
Heard it was due to extremely high winds (90 mph)!
