BTW, this link no longer takes you to shopping (it did when first posted). If it is any consolation, I just did my monthly AGR account check and I had 563 points posted (on 4/23) for shopping at Staples back in January.

Pacific Surfliner has downloadable PDF timetables available on their website. Don't think printed (hard copy) ones are available. Capitol Corridor (Calif.) has a PDF timetable available. Amtrak San Joaquins have a PDF timetable available.

Yes, but FNBO points are NOT doubled. Only Amtrak awarded points for travel. The original post was regarding Double Days promotion by Amtrak.

EDIT to correct: 2 or 3x from FNBO (NOT doubled) plus 2x X 2 = 4 points from Amtrak. So, 6 or 7 points total depending on which card you have.

When I try a booking from Los Angles to Williams, it shows a "Self Transfer" (walking?) of 15 minutes. Is that what you are intrepeting as a "train"?

I should really know the answer to this as LA is my home station. Just never paid attention or had a need. Are baggage carts (airport type) available at LAUS? Or Chicago or anywhere else? And yes, I am well aware of Red Cap service - used them many times. Always helpful. Thanks, John

I got a 24.4% notice yesterday. My last statement (April 05) stated 18.24% for purchases.

Could geographic location have something to do with it? I'm in California and maybe my connection was handled through a different portal/server than yours in Florida.

Just worked fine for me. Login ok and my account displays fine. Windows 10, MS Edge and Chrome both worked ok. The app on my Android device also looks ok. 0815 PDT

I just watched 5 and 6 pass each other on the Arvada/Big Ten Curve camera while a freight waited patiently in the siding. 6(5) was 21 plus hours late; 5(6) was 6 plus hours late. 6(6) is running in the "green". Heard it was due to extremely high winds (90 mph)!

And the sliding door between rooms B/C and D/E is a common source of rattle noise!

How would you get points if you weren't an AGR member? Perhaps it would include an urge to sign up!
