As planned, trains are turning in LNC. 43/42 are going through. 601, 605, 640, 642, 600, and 644 are the only morning trains that go through. Service resumes in the afternoon with 609 and 654.
And the best part is that Septa still hasn't learned a lesson from this. IF and that's a big IF they go for another order they'll order from the lowest bidder again who doesn't have a reputation. One would think that the Rotem and this order will show the big wigs at Septa to change their ways...
No. We don’t have checked bags on or off at Etown as it’s not a staffed station.
Should you want to check bags, check them to Lancaster where they can get them off.
Train 600 is unaffected by the track work.
As for what to expect, I wish I could give you an answer. T&E crews in Philly and especially Harrisburg are anxiously awaiting answers on what to expect. Once I have an answer on what to expect that I can make public I will gladly post.
Interesting hearing you say something about the stops that 2150/2167 do and don’t make. Some Acela trains don’t make NWK, NHV, STM, and even WIL.
I’ll also add that the schedules have a lot of padding between WIL and BAL these days.
