The new schedule does give me more time to get from Baton Rouge to New Orleans - the only benefit for me- other than that I still prefer the old schedule.

So with diner car back do u think also traditional dining will return. I loved riding Crescent from NO to Jersey but last time I rode to Atlanta it was awful. Food and SCA.

We also have a Medicare advantage from UnitedHealth that covers everywhere thru employer. It does depend where u live if Advantage plan or straight Medicare is the best for you. I better check to see if we take VIA and get sick there if we are covered. Never really thought about that.

I don’t use the squeezable soft stuff at home- a plumber once told us it stops up quite a few toilets. Never heard of a community toilet roomette toilet. It’s so sad that I’m considering trying to get over my fear of flying because trains are going downhill. So very sad

Wow- I was so excited for this train to run then Mobile needs a terminal. Why were they not getting it ready while they were doing test runs, where were they stopping when they were doing the test runs.

If it took 2 decades for NOL to Mobile to come to fruition I ain’t holding my breathe for NOL- BTR.

I made a mistake- I meant no to the trip from NO to Mobile I can do that without food. But not no to food in NO, no one can do NO without food, that’s one of the main reasons to go there. I think I meant no to them having diner. I’m old, I forget!!!lol
