That would be nice, but far more likely is a Brightline train from Orlando to Cocoa then reverse direction to Jax. It’s only 40 miles to the coast and cruising at 110mph there is probably faster than SunRail on a more direct route.

Today’s West Volusia Beacon had an excellent Sunrail trip report (much better than mine) of a trip on the new SunRail service from Deland. It included a good description of using the Sand Lake Rd stop and transfer to Orlando International Airport for new terminal C.

Good idea, now it'll be possible to have a one seat ride Miami to Seattle. Think of the savings in equipment and reduced maintenance in Chicago. And it's only 4 days - 3 days faster than the Trans Siberian express. 😉
