Honestly, the narrower and harder seats could've been excused by me if they weren't fixed. The fact that 1/2 the seats are facing backward at any given time bothers me. At that point, it feels like you're making intercity trips on a commuter train.

There’s also now a 5:00 PM Acela from WAS to NYP on Saturdays. I hated that the last train was at 2 I was looking at NYP to WAS, the last Acela from WAS to NYP on Saturdays is still 2 PM. 😒

Seems like the departure board now shows arrivals into NYP. But you don’t get track numbers it just seems like it switched to departed as soon as it’s scheduled to arrive.

I've never been told I couldn't go through the kitchen, and I've done so multiple times to go to the restroom. I've even been "taught" multiple times how to open the doors myself. Most of the time I've ever been on FC the doors are open anyways.
