Great write-up, loved your commentary, great pics. SWC is the only LD train I've not been on; while I loved your pics, I think I prefer the other routes, as far a scenery goes. Nice to see the menu items lived up to their promo billing. I think I see the CZ again in my near future....

This is definitely a great idea, I agree it would print money. And, as other posters have mentioned, they need to allow coach customers to purchase food from the dining car if they want to. I would, if I were in coach.

Great pics Steve4031! I've taken the both the Zephyr and Empire Builder, both great trains, and great experiences. Lots of freight delays when I went, a couple of years ago, I see that hasn't changed much. Love both those trains, but next month I'm gonna try the ''Crescent.''...
