    What would be the best way to increase train speed on Miramar Hill between La Jolla and Mission Bay? Trains have to slow to 20-30 mph there.

    I like that idea of using abandoned rail beds. With some rehab they could be useful.

    I read that once they know the average speeds and times dfor the added trains and faster track areas, they will adjust the schedules.

    Way cheaper than double trackng the nation, and would help immensely.
