You say that “on day 1, there is no demand“? So why do so many people say that they will get their tickets as soon as they become available 11 months out? And why do many groups reserve tickets for a certain train 11 months out? I call that the “demand” portion of the term “supply and demand”!🙄

It is very confusing if it means “book by 5/31” or ”cancel by 5/31”. Either way, I think bedrooms roomettes and business class bookings paid by cash are all fully refundable anyway.

PHL used to have cabinets where you could place your bags while waiting or while you go get something to eat in the station. However, those were removed during “the improvements“.

You notice it is called ”room" not “lounge”? That shows how bad it is! PHL used to be much better, before they put in the “new & improved” furniture! But I still rate it high, along with BOS.

BC never had lounge access at WAS. Unless you have lounge access another way (Status, day pass, etc...). And Business Class on an Acela Is like coach is on a Regional. Thus business class on a Regional is not the same as Business Class on an Acela!
