We boarded in Flagstaff 2 years ago. Station was open, no problem, and it was only about a 2 or 3 block walk from our hotel. The streets were well lit and we felt safe during the walk.

I asked this once before but I am still wondering if there is a logical reason why the sleepers are at the head end of most trains? We always watch for the faces of the other passengers the morning after the first night on the train. Almost no one says they got much sleep at all.

I have used the call back option at least 10 times over the last 3 plus years I have always been called back. In fact, once we were sitting in CUS and I could not accept the call. They called me back a second time.
