Well, I had a great night of sleep and a shower and am now aboard The Empire Builder headed out of Montana soon! I’m so happy with how Amtrak handled us in Shelby and thankful to be heading home.

Also, the last announcement said they were leaving here in 2 hours so I figured the bus is out to be able to shuttle.shuttle.

I’m on her right now and there’s been a washout past the Shelby Station so we have been told they are returning us to where we boarded. But my daughter called the Agent here in Shelby and he said the washout is fixable by tomorrow so are putting us up in a hotel for the night . Anyone on here...
