Back in February, I needed to purchase some telephone equipment for my employer, and did so through Hellodirect.com, which is conveniently a merchant in the AGR Points for Shopping Program. Given the 8 points or so per dollar that Hellodirect offers, I was set to receive a little over a 1,000 points for the purchase.
They never did, so about a month ago I faxed in my purchase receipt along with a letter to AGR. Nothing. Until today, that is. Not only did they credit the points to my account, they called me to tell me that they did so. Needless to say, I'm quite impressed and pleased to have my points!
