I received word earlier this morning that my favorite unit (301) was leading on the extremely-delayed Floridian (#40), and with it being a weekend and having some availability, I decided to drive up to Toledo from Columbus and catch it. To see any Amtrak train in Ohio in daylight is a treat (whether it's the Cardinal, Lake Shore Limited, or the Capitol Limited / Floridian).
