7 pounds of pot found on Amtrak passenger
Felony drug charges are pending against a man arrested Tuesday at the La Crosse Amtrak train station with about $30,000 worth of marijuana, according to La Crosse police.
Amtrak police in Portland, Ore., alerted local authorities that Reuben Dudenbostel, 25, of Boscobel was acting suspicious and traveling to La Crosse.
A Holmen police narcotics detection dog found 7.4 pounds of marijuana worth $29,600 in vacuum sealed bags in Dudenbostel’s bags, police said.
