Across America via Amtrak

This is a video of a Canadian camper who does different types of camping. But he came down to the States to visit, and he took this Amtrak adventure to see more of the USA before going back to Canada. He shows a few different types of rooms, shows some of the food, and other aspects of his trip. I hope you enjoy it.

He says that they don't have a grill on the Empire builder, and that the flat iron steak is just reheated. This is not true, most of the stuff in traditional dining is, indeed, precooked and plated, but the steaks are cooked to order.
