Once again having problems getting the rail points to post from a trip taken in Sept. All the segments with biz class/sleepers etc. posted fairly rapidly including the double points and select bonus points. Per procedure I waited three weeks, submitted the missing points request for, waited a month and then mailed in a copy of the rail pass to the Minn. address mentioned on the phone recording @ AGR. I since have called twice attempting to get my points posted (Im gonna try for Select Plus before the end of the year! ), was told that there is a large volume of mail awaiting verification (the call center is located somewhere in Quebec??)and that I should wait until the end of the month when they should be caught up with the back log!
Cant blame this one on the traveler, hes been staying home mostly, :lol: , this summer I had to get a Supervisor to finally adjust my points for a couple of railpasses after going through the AGR two step! I know others have had more points fail to post, but if you use a Rail Pass seems like its very low priority for the folks @ AGR! Anyone else have any ideas on any ways to get this expedited before the holiday end of the year rush?
