AGR Pushes Wine Club Promos

I am nearing the 60000 point level (RT 2 zone sleeper level) on AGR. After two upcoming trips, even with double points, I may have been 2000-3000 short and I maxed out"buy-points" for an earlier award. I don't use an AGR credit card. I recently took advantage of the first 1500 point wine club offer and yesterday joined a second ffor another 2000. I am not a big wine drinker so my friends and co-workers will be enjoying some wine gifts. The approximate $100 cost for the 3500 points was reasonable given the value of a 2 zone RT sleeper ticket, which can run up to over $2500, since the 3500 points was my shortfall to get to the award.
