I have AGR trips planned this summer/fall. We received letters today both Brenda and I saying, "if you don't travel on these dates you will lose your points etc." and it was not the dates we had redeemed our points for. Since its our honeymoon I had Brenda call AGR and they said, "our computers only go 6 months out instead of 11 so don't worry". Ok she said, but then the next comment bothered us, "you may not end up in Bedroom E though unless you go pick up your tickets". Is this correct? AGR sent me my redemption tickets for the start of our trip. Brenda's redemption hasn't but how can the rooms change? Isn't a reservation a reservation?
