I wouldn't be too harsh here. I've seen that picture far too many times to count on the Amtrak website and never noticed anything amiss.
As someone who works in marketing, it's pretty amazing actually what some people see in photos/images and others don't. I was part of a team reviewing a sample graphic recently that was a circle with some artwork surrounding it. One person insisted it reminded them exactly of a COVID spike protein. I couldn't see it no matter how hard I tried.
