Amtrak Train Status

Is the train status at the Amtrak site broken? It will not accept a station when a train number is entered. It works fine when a from and to station is entered.

Missed that.

I believe most sites rely on Amtrak's status, so if Amtrak's is down everything goes down.

That happens sometimes. As Cal said, the data comes from Amtrak's files, so if Amtrak's tracker is down, so is ASM's tracker.
Amtrak's data is down right now. I checked on Amtrak's app on my phone for 97 at Wilmington, DE and at 6:15 pm it's showing "scheduled Arrival 5:15p"

One hint that I have figured out is to use cap-lock when typing the station identifier. When the three letters are entered, the station will then auto populate.
