Amtrak's protocol for covid -19 (in lounge cars)?

So quick question:
For long distance trains, what is Amtrak's protocol for passengers sitting in the lounge cars and or sightseer lounge cars in conjunction with the covid-19 social distancing guidelines?

The protocol is that nobody is allowed to sit in the lounge cars.

People are allowed to sit on the upper level of sightseer lounges, provided they wear a mask.

That is most likely for the single level cafe cars and the downstairs of the superliners.

As usual every crew will enforce it differently. I’ve read a trip report on train orders where sleeping car passengers weren’t allowed to sit in the lounge / diner (whatever you want to call them) for a meal. You had to have the meal delivered to your room.
