anybody have trouble with " buy points" ?

i have purchased points from "buy points" on the agr site a couple times in the past without problem. the points have posted to my agr account well within the 72 hours they allow. i purchased some points over a week ago. the charge to my credit card shows up 2/13 but no points as of yet. no one at agr seems to know what i am talking about and i can't find a contact number for "buy points". any suggestions or similar experiences? thanks

That said, you should be able to get AGR to investigate. Escalate to a supervisor if needed.

agr says they have been having trouble with "buy points" posting. a supervisor said he expedited mine. we shall see

I just tried to buy points and the system would not complete the purchased. :angry: It said someting was wrong with my card. I called my credit card co and there was no such problem. This is bad if they are advertising buy points no fee and the system doesn't work. I may try later.

I finally got the system to work. Even if you have an AGR MC you have the use the drop down for MC for it to work.
