Anyone able to do Crescent-Meteor in lieu of Crescent-Star?

Using points, I want to do Crescent to Meteor. Based on apparent rules, you could do that. See this thread - especially the last entry.

I was looking to book Atlanta to Florida recently and was surprised to see that only the Star shows up as an option. Not that I want to accuse them of cheating... (how dare I), but it almost makes me wonder if this is to get people to book the star rather than the Meteor so they can claim their no diner "test" works. "See people chose the Star even though they knew there was no diner" well yeah that's the only option they were given!

Have the Redemption Guidelines downloaded and ready when you call AGR. Find the paragraph that addresses this and quote it to them. Likely as not they'll have never seen that paragraph and are more than happy to book you on the Meteor instead.
