It is my understand that ARC was supposed to receive $3 Billion from the Federal Government. But, my question is, where was this money coming from: New Starts, RRIF, etc?!
ARC in its final configuration with no connecting tunnels to NYP had little to do directly with Amtrak. Same goes for extending Seven to Secaucus. So this question really does not belong in the Amtrak forum, but in the transit forum.What is a better overall project idea:

or
Seven to Secaucus?
I though pi% would be more appropriate making it irrational4.2%
I think the better question is, what can you learn from post #3 in this thread?What can Amtrak learn from ARC?
