The staffer I talked to said they would pass the message to my Representative, Derrick Jackson.

I mentioned that Georgia DOT owns rail and that Georgia has a law on the books for its own Statewide Rail Commission/Agency, the Atlanta to Charlotte and Atlanta to Chattanooga proposals from GDOT, and the Commission is working on an I-20 Corridor Rail Project, which goes through Georgia.
I also mentioned that the Commission does make decisions and has officers chosen from each state.

Admittedly, there are 6 days left (6March) for a bill to pass in one chamber or it ceases to be.

What should I mention if the Representative asks for more information?
