CA Transportation Budget 2013-2014

I found this through Politico. It is an analysis of the California 2013-2014 budget transportation proposals by the Legislative Analyst's Office.

As Politico states:

The California Legislative Analyst's Office has the latest reminder of juuuust how much money the Golden State still needs to secure for its landmark high-speed rail effort... [and] ...LAO also says Gov. Jerry Brown's plan lacks staff management and oversight plans, and recommends the California High-Speed Rail Authority beef up both.
