I saw a show, I think on the Travel Channel, a couple years ago on the best hot dog places around the country.  In their 30 minutes they probably covered about 12 places.  Every place put mustard on their hot dogs, and some out right banned ketchup from their establishment.


 


But I must say, that Chicago style hot dog is a dog on steroids!    :giggle:
