Come Back of On-Board Perks???

Here's an interesting news but I picked up out of my latest issue of "Rail Travel News" stating those first class perks good be a come back. Here's the clip:

A Senior Director will be in charge of Amtrak's new Food & Beverage operation, and there will be two Directors also. The F & B operations group (Service Delivery Dept) will have about 50 people, who will oversee one food vendor and develop first class amenities; but not including menu planning, which is done by a different Director. - Gene Poon

Along with the cookies I would like to see those wine gift packs come back with the mini bottles of wine and the engraved wine glasses, the first class stationary packs with paper, pen, envolopes, and postcards, and those shower kits with soap, sampoo, mouthwash, etc.

As much as I'd like to see it, they won't all happen. I could see the shower kits, but the wine glasses and wine along with stationary aren't as likely. Besides, I'd like to see more Viewliners instead of those perks. B)
