Looking at my purchase history, the only two sellers that have cancelled my points (cancelled by merchant) are Walgreens and Drugstore.com. This has occurred three times in the last two years and I am finished buying from them.

I always purchase through the portal, take a screen shot of the purchase showing the AGR logo in the address bar and save it. Still these two outfits when challenged repeatedly cancel the points that you deserve and are supposed to get.

Even a screenshot sent to AGR,in a follow up request was not successful. AGR just told me "that's what the seller said" end of story.

In view of my experience with these two unethical sellers, I urge all AGR members to not patronize these businesses or you too will get screwed.

I've used Drugstore.com and have gotten my points from them, so I feel your title is misleading.

I don't know what the problem is but I keep getting shortchanged even when I submit a screenshot with the purchase page and the address bar showing AGR and the store. Maybe I'll try one more time but I am really disappointed at this point. No other vendor except Walgreens/ Drugstore.com has given me problems. I have unchecked do not track and turned off the pop up blocker in my browser.. Maybe I am just unlucky.

Some items give a lower point bonus than others. By way of example, 123 inkjet offers 20 (!) points per dollar spent.

BUT, it's only on re-manufactured cartridges.

I found that out when I bought 3 reams of paper, and got 2 points per dollar.
