The site throw this error id: 115A when I'm trying to buy a tickets from NYP - WAS. I'm using a Visa Credit Card with credit amount.

What's going on?. What's the meaning of this error?.

Uh, maybe the OP was looking for advice from others who have experienced this error code? On that score, I can't help, but I bet some of the "Amtrak enthusiasts and others interested in trains" who hang out here may have some knowledge about this. Seems like about a good a shot of getting the situation resolved as calling the 800#, frankly.

I don't know the meaning of this error, but it may not have had to do with your credit card. This may have to do with the schedule of your train.

Per OP it sounds like the error occurred when s/he put in his/her credit card info. If there was a problem with the schedule, that, I presume, would have occurred before this point.
