Yes, the Food Facts site has been updated, and No, it does not include the revamped offerings on the CL, or LSL.

The revised Food Facts site applies to the trains with full dining car service, it breaks out sides on their own, and includes some interesting notes

on how certain offerings should be handled and prepared, as an example it mentions that the Long Grain and Wild Rice side can also be an "emergency staple" if needed.

amtrakfoodfacts.com has been updated again. For what it's worth, the link for trains offering "Flexible Dining" end with "menu-items-limited", and trains with "Traditional Dining" end in "menu-items-common". The Southwest Chief and the Sunset Limited seem to have their own unique links and menus. The menu for the Auto Train isn't available, but I don't think it was with the previous version of the site either. Unfortunately, their spelling of "Zephyr" leaves a lot to be desired.
