None of the sidings as I have heard are long enough for the empty coal trains to fit. Guess it will be up to Virginia or a federal grant to extend 1 or more so Cardinals can pass. The present Cardinal schedules have them pass each other now between Charlottesville and Staunton on the BBrB RR. Daily Cardinals will pass each other as well between Connersville and Cincinnati on CSX. Sometimes may meet at Cininnati.
