Son & daughter-in-law +3y/o driving to Chicago from Atlanta (while we take Amtrak from WVA). Parking downtown is expensive and even at airport, the cost adds up.
Any free parking coming from the south where car can be left for 4 days (Wed-Sat over Thanksgiving period?
Since they might want to drive to hotel downtown to drop off their stuff, then son would drive somewhere to leave car, is such a place to park free fairly close in? At this point, plans are still in the air as to where they might want to leave the car but south would mean less driving through or around Chicago then north would be.
