As I recall, it linked an office building with a nearby parking facility. I think it was referred to as the Tandy Subway in its later days and used PCCs with a boxy shell rather.
 
I love how the guy in that video is breathlessly talking as though they are exploring some piece of ancient, long-forgotten history, when

in reality this system ran until 2002. It shouldn't be mistaken for a proper mass transit line. At 0.7 miles in length, it's less than one-third

the distance of, for example, the O'Hare airport people mover. Shame it's gone...but it was little more than a one-off oddity.
