When booking the H-Room with AGR Pts., what do they charge (roomette or bedroom pts)?

Assuming you have a disability requiring the room, it is roomette points.

My understanding is that you can book it close to departure (is it one week prior?) when it gets released into regular inventory. At that point, the room requires bedroom points.

If you don't qualify for it, at that time it's bedroom points. If you do qualify for it, then it is still roomette points.
