i know its been a short while sense the gathering but 3 of the gathering trips have posted but not the 2 return trips. the acela posted as well as chicago to boston and royal oak to chicago. but not bos to chi and chi to roy.

My trip home on Acela from the Monday after the Gathering just posted yesterday, and my tickets would have been turned in faster than yours, since your tickets stayed on the train to Chicago. Mine got to DC on the very same day, so it had a head start.

So I'd give it at least a few more days before you even start to think about worrying. Even then, you can't do anything with AGR until 3 weeks have gone by. If you contact them before that point, any requests for help will be denied.

the acela posted on the 30th the other 2 on the 28th.

I think those were the travel dates, not the posting dates. (I don't believe you left CHI until the 28th, and did not arrive to BOS until the 29th. So how did it post BEFORE you actually got on the train? )

BTW: The travel date will always state the day that train began it's run. Normally, that date doesn't matter, unless you need to travel onn a certain day for a promo.

I would give it some more time.

I have a similar "problem". 1 of 2 tickets of a multi-city ticket from 11/1 has not posted. (The other ticket did post.) They will not do anything until the 3 weeks pass.

ok looking at it better this time it does say those are the traval dates. also the CUS to ROY posted. im new to AGR So no clue how they operate.

I was not trying to be  - if I did, I apologize! :(

It is confusing that they list the "posting date" and the "travel date" - where you could be confused. Also, as I said sometimes the travel date may make a difference in a promotion.

An example of mine was on NTD 2009, they offered 4x points for trips that day. So I went KIN-BOS-KIN. I took #66 out of KIN, but since it departed Newport News, VA the day before, it posted as the travel date NTD-1 day! :( Thus, I didn't get 4X! :( But #66 departs KIN after 6 AM on NTD - so it does qualify! :) I got it corrected! :)

If you travel (for example) between 2 CA cities on the SWC or TE, it may read your "travel date" as 3 or 4 days earlier - since that is when that train departed from CHI!
