Hundreds (maybe thousands) of railroad ties

I just completed a very pleasant journey on the Capitol Limited (Train 29) from Washington, DC to Elkhart, IN. I saw something on the north side of the tracks - I'm pretty sure it was between Falling Waters, MD and Cumberland, MD. There was a lumber yard - perhaps a lumber mill - with hundreds - if not thousands of railroad ties, or what appeared to be. I have scanned Google Maps aerial photos trying to find the location, but I can't. Can anyone tell me where the yard is? I'm just curious and want to include the information in an article I'm writing. I do a little woodworking and I was amazed at the volume of lumber I saw.
