Indian Rail gets 16,000 suggestions from people, some smart some bizar

Recently the new government in India decided to open up policy making to common citizens of the country and started an online service where anyone can submit their suggestions and ideas for upcoming annual Railway Budget. Turns out they received 16,000 responses (includes about half a dozen by me too ). Some of the "ideas" are quite innovative-

Aww thank you! Glad to know you were thinking about me.

I have been traveling and got buried in a lot of work lately. I still do lurk around AU once in a while. Now back to usual grind so hopefully I will be contributing more regularly.
