Keeping Track (pun intended) of AGR Points

just wondering what ways you all keep track and reconcile yur AGR points?
I setup an Excel file with separate worksheets for the different rewards program accounts I have. For instance I have one for AGR me, AGR my wife, HHonors (Hilton), Hertz1 and others. I have 5 columns on the AGR pages for Rail Points, Chase Points, Bonus Points, Points spent and a total point column. For each column I also have totals automatically updated as I post updates.

On Edit: I forgot to mention that I record in the description column what I expect to be receiving, leaving the anticipated points within the description. Then when the points are posted by AGR I then enter the points into the proper tabulating column.

I also have a spreadsheet of my AGR travels & points.

After I take a trip, I enter the railpoints and AGR points & bonuses that I think I have earned.

I check the AGR website about once per week and reconcile the website info to my spreadsheet info.

When the points post and agree with my spreadsheet, I check my spreadsheet to show that the proper points have posted.

If after 4 weeks I have not received the points, I usually call AGR. I also keep my boarding pass stubs on my desk until

the points have been posted.

I just keep an Excel spreadsheet of all my frequent flyer miles in one section & all other programs (AGR, HiltonHonors, etc ...) in another section - and then combine the 2 totals. I check each account for the totals, and check my AGR account after each trip - they usually post before I take my next trip (unlike some)!

Nah, used to do all that tracking with Excel, etc., etc. Now I "depend" upon the carrier to post them: With this caveat, I used keep SOMETHING (tix stub, boarding pass, etc.) on my desk/dresser to remind me. But that got messy/lost.

Just send yourself an email, and ditch the email when the points actually post............works for me at least..........
