I recently rode Metrolink for the first time, from Irvine north to L.A. I was on my way to LAX with luggage, but I couldn't see any luggage rack or space anywhere on the first level of my coach. I didn't look upstairs, but I wasn't going to haul all my luggage up there even if there were a rack. Did I just miss it or is there no luggage rack or space on Metrolink cars ?

Its been several years since I've ridden Metrolink (used to be my daily commute before retirement) but the only thing I recall is some floor space near the entrance doors (across from bicycle stowage). Beyond that area, keep it at your feet.
Keep in mind Metrolink is commuter-oriented rather than travel like you would experience on the Pacific Surfliner.
