Multiple Ticket Discount? Los Angeles to Lompoc monthly

Hi, I haven't ridden on an Amtrak train for many years, but now I will be taking one monthly, possibly two times a month from Los Angeles to Lompoc Surf and back typically on the weekends only. I could make the drive from LA but driving 300 miles a month from LA to Lompoc isn't attractive to me plus given that the trains only go 2 times a day to each location I can rest on the 3 hour train ride on the Pacific Surfliner. My question is: Is there a way I can buy say more than one ticket in advance and get a discount when buying say 3 or 4 tickets etc.? I see that they do this for students on some routes which makes sense, but they restrict it to a specific time frame which I understand if your student, but to say someone who maybe wants to buy 2 tickets a month can they discount you if you say prepay and buy 4 months in advance etc.?

Amtrak offers multi-ride tickets, which let you take 10 rides within a 90 day period for a fixed price. It’s only eligible on certain routes, but luckily the surfliner (including Surf-LA) is one of the eligible ones. Might be worth looking into.

Only valid for 60 days, and break-even point is 3 RT's. Not a good deal for this OP unless he does expect to do 2 trips a month.
