this is not a website problem but a suggestion. i know we get statements and all but i think it would be helpful if when points post to our account we would get an automatic email saying points of posted etc... rather than me having to check every day or every week.
 
I don't know of any other points program that sends an email. Airlines don't, hotels don't, cruise lines don't. Why should AGR????

Because it would be nice if they did.

I don't know of any other program that rewards you for riding trains in the USA why should AGR???? (did you catch my sarcasm?)

As a side note... Priority Club hotels usually send me an email thanking me for my stay the same day that my points are added...

I already do get such an email :lol: but it's 'me' who sends it. :lol:

Tells me the old and new balances (RDP ['point balance'] and EQP ['rail points']), and which ticket have/has posted. :)
