NJT Derailment?

Amtrak just posted this on FB:

Passengers traveling into and out of New York Penn station may experience up to 30 minute delays as a result of a New Jersey Transit derailment. Empire service between New York City and Croton Harmon has been halted by the derailment until further notice. Alternate transportation is being secured for passengers traveling between these two locations.

What's going on up there?
