No Hold Music (on AGR SE line)?

Just called the AGR SE line. I'm on hold but...did they drop the hold music?

[Also, there seem to be less "commercial" reminders than usual...though getting reminded to visit the now-non-existent separate website every minute or so is "special".]

Dropping the hold music would be music to my ears! Given the audio quality of phones these days, whatever muzak they play is out of tune anyway.

There was no hold music when I called a few weeks ago either. There is always less advertisements on the AGR Hold line vs the USA rail one.

They're probably saving $50,000 a year now, managing those subsidies well.
