I would agree although in this case (assuming all the facts here are valid) the conductor did not do his/her job and remove the offending non service animal and report the incident to Amtrak.Of course, if this had happened to my animal I probably would have left the offending animal laying on the platform along with his owner. (I am very protective of my cat) :angry:
